We engage clients in the process of personal growth. While “coaching” can sometimes be seen as an intervention to “fix” a problem or to help someone with his or her “leadership presence,” our approach to coaching is different. We view Executive Leadership Coaching as a partnership with a leader on the path toward his or her potential. All of us have untapped potential. And, all of us are limited by our hidden automatic drivers of behavior. These automatic drivers also limit the way we think, what we feel and how we relate to others. To truly change, to transform, requires the development of a set of lifelong practices that enhance self-awareness and other-awareness. The key to moving toward one’s potential is to encounter these hidden drivers, these “blind spots,” and to stay awake to them. As Executive Leadership Coaches, we teach these practices and we guide clients in developing, applying and living these practices. But leadership is not just about a leader’s personal growth – it is mostly about developing other leaders. Leadership is about catalyzing movement toward others’ potentials and to create movement toward the potential of the organization.

Our Executive Leadership Coaching is designed around your needs. Our programs typically include regularly-scheduled live coaching sessions, reading materials, reflective exercises and some assessments. To develop and apply the lifelong practices of leadership, most clients engage for at least one year.
